Delivery

All items are sent first class and should be with you within 3 working days of ordering. We will advise you immediately if there are any delays and agree alternative arrangements. Deliveries are only available within the United Kingdom and there is a charge of £4.95 per order to cover postage and packaging. Arrangements can be made to send deliveries to other parts of the world on request.

Payment

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Maestro, Solo, JCB or Laser. Children's footwear is zero rated for VAT. VAT where applicable is included in the list price. A receipt will be despatched with your items. We reserve the right to alter prices.

We know of no documented cases of fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit cards are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encrypton. Unwanted goods must be accompanied by a proof of purchase from The Elves & the Shoemaker Limited and returned by registered post (at the buyer’s expense) within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Shoes must be in resaleable, unworn condition and in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued less any original postage costs if applicable. Please note all sale items/special offers are non refundable.
